Estate Cleanout in Heritage Hills
Historic houses between NW 13th and NW 22nd hold a century of belongings, often up a narrow attic stair. We bring them down without scuffing the woodwork: a quarter truck is $241, half a truck $431.
Oil-Boom Mansions and a National Register District
Heritage Hills holds restored oil-boom mansions, including the Overholser and Hales mansions. Mesta Park, listed on the National Register in 1983, covers 165 acres, and about half its homes were finished by 1915.
The neighborhood is named for socialite Perle Mesta, born Perle Skirvin.
